I believe that no matter what life has thrown your way, healing is possible and you don’t have to do it alone.
With over 10 years of experience working in family preservation, I’ve walked alongside families and children facing some of life’s hardest moments. I’ve also served in a domestic violence shelter, supporting women as they found safety, strength, and the courage to rebuild.
Through both my professional work and personal healing journey, I’ve come to understand just how vital it is for girls and women to have access to safe, supportive mental health care.
This isn’t just what I do, it’s what I was called to do. As a clinical mental health counselor who has done my own inner work, I know the courage it takes to show up for yourself. That’s why I created MindsetMe, to be a space where women feel seen, supported, and safe to grow.
